Florsheim Shoes Europe Srl (hereafter referred to as "Florsheim") - with registered offices in Italy, Via degli Artigiani 25/27, 50041 Calenzano (Florence), and VAT number 03570550966 - is licensee of the Florsheim brand for Europe and sells its products through authorized dealers and the website (hereafter the "Website"), owned by the company itself.

The following Terms and General Conditions of Sale (hereafter "Conditions of Sale") govern the offer and the purchase of products marked with “Florsheim" trademark (hereafter "Products"), carried out remotely via telematic devices through the Website, and reserved exclusively to consumers (hereafter "Customer"). A Customer means an individual purchasing goods for purposes that are not related to his/her professional or business activities.

Florsheim reserves the right to modify the Conditions of Sale at any time. Any amendment of the Conditions of Sale shall become effective from the date of publication on this Website.

Therefore, the Customer is required to read the present Conditions of Sale carefully before ordering any Product on the Website. This information shall be deemed as understood and fully accepted at the time of every purchase by the Customer.

As a consequence, Florsheim is not liable for any possible different condition from the ones published on the Website and not agreed on in advance in writing.

If you do not or cannot agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Website or any of the purchasing services offered through it.

Our Business Policy

Florsheim offers its Products on the Website for on line purchase exclusively to customers that are consumers or individuals acting for purposes unrelated to commercial or professional activities in which they are potentially involved.

Florsheim reserves the right not to process orders received from a Customer who is not a consumer and any other order that does not comply with Florsheim business policy.

Florsheim sells its Products exclusively to Customers over the age of 18. Florsheim reserves the right to cancel any orders of Customers believed to be under the age of 18.


All Products shown on the Website are subject to availability. Florsheim may change at any time quantity limits and/or selection of Products offered on the Website.

The Customer will be promptly informed if an order cannot be processed due to Product unavailability.

Florsheim sells only new products and of quality not inferior to the existing market standards. The Website shows the main features of each Product on the Product detail page. The Products offered for sale, however, may not exactly correspond to the real Products in terms of image, dimensions and colors depending on Internet browser or monitor quality.

Prices and Shipment Destinations

Prices of the Products are expressed in euro and are inclusive of VAT, at the rate currently in force in Italy on the date of the purchase order.

The Products ordered on the Website can be shipped only to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of € 100,00 or more.

For orders less than € 100.00 the following fares will be applied depending on the country of destination:

Delivery terms and payments

It’s up to the Customer to choose the payment offered on the Website.

No other payments or delivery terms shall be authorized apart from those shown on this Website.

All the Products are subject to the availability of the moment. Once the order is placed, the Customer will receive an email that confirms the receipt of the order. If the order could not be processed due to a lack of availability of the product, the Customer will receive an email stating this information within 2 working days starting from the date of the order. Florsheim will refund any amount paid by the customer. Florsheim cannot ship to PO boxes or General Delivery. All orders that require this modality of delivery will be automatically deleted.

Florsheim may ship either through SDA Express Courier SpA or DHL Express (Italy) Srl courier, depending on the destination of the goods. The estimated delivery time will be 3-4 working days starting from when Florsheim sends to the Customer the order confirmation email. However, Florsheim will not be responsible for possible delays during shipment. Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday during office hours; Any delivery scheduled to arrive on the Saturday or Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day.

It is not possible to book a time for delivery. If the Customer or a person in charge is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card.

Upon delivery, before signing the transportation document, the Customer is required to carefully verify that the package arrived with the outside packaging intact and undamaged, without visible alterations or wet. Any damage of this kind must be immediately reported on the courier’s delivery note when signing the parcel for receipt in writing "Accepted subject to checking”.

After the payment of the entire selling price of the order, the delivery of the product and the signing of the courier delivery note, the Products will be owned by the Customer who will be fully responsible of them.


Florsheim implemented its security measures to provide the Customer with peace of mind when purchasing on our Site.

Our Site is build in order to ensure the security during transmission of confidential information: when the Customer is requested to enter his personal data or his credit card details, our Secure Service uses the industry standard secure socket protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to connect to our Site, and all data are encrypted to prevent others from obtaining it.

The Customer can see that he has entered a secure session by the following:

- The “https” instead of the usual “http” in the browser address box

- The small padlock at the foot of the browser or next to the URL bar

Withdrawal right and cancellation of the order

Consumers’ withdrawal right is regulated by Distance Selling Regulations (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 as subsequently amended by the Legislative Decree No. 21/2014) which is known as Consumer Protection Code and enables the consumer to cancel the contract without penalty.

The Customer may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Products.

To return Products the Customer is invited to contact in advance Florsheim via email at within the above-mentioned period to be authorized.

Florsheim will, then, inform the Customer about the return modality.

Return and Refund Policy

The Customer may return the Products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date in which the Customer has communicated his will to withdraw.

The Products must be returned undamaged and unused: the shoes must not show any visible sign of wear and should be returned in their original packaging, including any labels, cards, tags etc.

Shoe accessories and care products must be unopened and unused.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Return Form that is possible to download from the Website (click here).

On the return form the Customer should indicate whether he/she wishes to proceed with a substitution of the Product with another one (of the same price) or if he/she wishes to be refunded.

If the Customer requests for an exchange item, Florsheim will not charge the shipping costs for a second delivery.

Once the Customer states for a refund, Florsheim after checking that the return is made in compliance with the above listed procedures, will refund the full purchase price of the Product, except for delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the returned item. The refund will be then credited back using the same means of payment used to make the original purchase.

The Customer is completely responsible to pay the shipping expenses and to make the necessary arrangements to return back the Products to Florsheim. Florsheim shall not be liable in any way for any damage, theft or loss occurring during a shipment to return the products.

Attention: Florsheim reserves the right not to accept any returns made without prior written communication of the withdrawal decision and not accompanied by the required forms.

Online purchased Products cannot be returned or exchanged in Florsheim retail stores. They must only be returned to the Florsheim warehouse at the following address:
