You may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Products by contacting Florsheim in writing for approval. Florsheim will then inform you about the return modality. After receiving Florsheim approval, you have 14 (fourteen) days to return the Products. We cannot accept any merchandise back that has visible signs of wear and tear, and it must be returned in the original packaging. To determine if shoes are a correct fit, we recommend trying them on carpeted surfaces to avoid visible wear to the sole.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your footwear or accessory for a different product, please ship it back to Florsheim Shoes Europe srl indicating on the Return Form the alternate item(s) that you prefer. Please note the new size, color, or style. Florsheim will pay to reship your exchanged item to you.
Refunds: If you meet the return policy requirements, you will then be credited the amount of the shoes less the shipping fee.
Florsheim Shoe Shops cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased from Florsheim.eu.
For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance from the Post Office, express courier, or whatever means you choose to return your merchandise.
