Prices and Shipment Destinations

Prices of the Products are expressed in euro and are inclusive of VAT, at the rate currently in force in Italy on the date of the purchase order.

The Products ordered on the Website can be shipped only to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of € 100,00 or more.

For orders less than € 100.00 the following fares will be applied depending on the country of destination:

- Italy: € … 5,00
- Rest of Europe: € …10,00

Delivery terms and payments

It’s up to the Customer to choose the payment offered on the Website.

No other payments or delivery terms shall be authorized apart from those shown on this Website.

All the Products are subject to the availability of the moment. Once the order is placed, the Customer will receive an email that confirms the receipt of the order. If the order could not be processed due to a lack of availability of the product, the Customer will receive an email stating this information within 2 working days starting from the date of the order. Florsheim will refund any amount paid by the customer. Florsheim cannot ship to PO boxes or General Delivery. All orders that require this modality of delivery will be automatically deleted.

Florsheim may ship either through GLS srl courier, SDA Express Courier SpA or DHL Express (Italy) Srl courier, depending on the destination of the goods. The estimated delivery time will be 3-4 working days starting from when Florsheim sends to the Customer the order confirmation email. However, Florsheim will not be responsible for possible delays during shipment. Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday during office hours; Any delivery scheduled to arrive on the Saturday or Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day.

It is not possible to book a time for delivery. If the Customer or a person in charge is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card.

Upon delivery, before signing the transportation document, the Customer is required to carefully verify that the package arrived with the outside packaging intact and undamaged, without visible alterations or wet. Any damage of this kind must be immediately reported on the courier’s delivery note when signing the parcel for receipt in writing "Accepted subject to checking”.

After the payment of the entire selling price of the order, the delivery of the product and the signing of the courier delivery note, the Products will be owned by the Customer who will be fully responsible of them.

Return and Refund Policy

The Customer may return the Products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date in which the Customer has communicated his will to withdraw.

The Products must be returned undamaged and unused: the shoes must not show any visible sign of wear and should be returned in their original packaging, including any labels, cards, tags etc.

Shoe accessories and care products must be unopened and unused.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Return Form that is possible to download from the Website (click here).

On the return form the Customer should indicate whether he/she wishes to proceed with a substitution of the Product with another one (of the same price) or if he/she wishes to be refunded.

If the Customer requests for an exchange item, Florsheim will not charge the shipping costs for a second delivery.

Once the Customer states for a refund, Florsheim after checking that the return is made in compliance with the above listed procedures, will refund the full purchase price of the Product, except for delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the returned item. The refund will be then credited back using the same means of payment used to make the original purchase.

The Customer is completely responsible to pay the shipping expenses and to make the necessary arrangements to return back the Products to Florsheim. Florsheim shall not be liable in any way for any damage, theft or loss occurring during a shipment to return the products.

Attention: Florsheim reserves the right not to accept any returns made without prior written communication of the withdrawal decision and not accompanied by the required forms.

Online purchased Products cannot be returned or exchanged in Florsheim retail stores. They must only be returned to the Florsheim warehouse at the following address:
